At TCS support is always available when and where you need it for both your system and staff ensuring that both perform to their maximum potential when mapping WIZDOM to your business processes.

Our dedicated TCS support number gives you access to a member of the WIZDOM support team who will log and progress your call until a solution is provided. Through ISDN support facilities, our support team can access your WIZDOM system for diagnostic checks and problem verification, as well as providing you with program updates.

Alternatively, you can go to www.totalsupportline.com and log your support call. All logged support calls are displayed in order of priority at the TCS Support desk where they are assigned and progressed until a satisfactory solution has been found.
